The Founder

Hospitality is the family business.

I am Aladdin.

For nine years, I have lived inside hospitality. As a host. As a curator of journeys. As a keeper of homes that others called second properties and we treated as first. I have learned this craft in three languages, across the hours other people sleep.

I built Maison Aladdin because the craft has been quietly forgotten. The welcome note. The playlist set to the room. The recommendation that becomes what the trip is remembered for. Hospitality has scaled. It has not deepened.

This house is built to deepen it. For owners who still believe a property deserves a partner. For travelers who still believe a stay should feel like an arrival.

The house bears its founder's name. It is built to outlast him, to keep the welcome alive, quietly, for as long as welcoming someone home still matters.

A note, from the letter

“Hospitality, the actual craft of it, has almost nothing to do with bedrooms. It has to do with the half hour before arrival. The way a room sounds when the door first opens. People remember a stay by feeling. They never forget the welcome.”

What we believe

Five things, written down.

That a property is not a product. It is an experience.

That a guest is not a transaction. They are a guest.

That craft matters more than scale.

That generosity is the original luxury.

That hospitality is the family business of everyone who chooses it.
